What Is Clarified Butter ., It is basically part of the food traditions of India.  What is Ghee? Ghee is used in almost every food in there.  It has been said in Ayurveda that ghee makes food digestible and enhances its properties and strength.  It is a by-product of milk.  It is the only fatty butter in the world that does not allow to increase cholesterol and fat, it is very good for heart and health.  In India Iss is used for Eating and massaging(ghee massage). It provides immunity to the body. It’s properties are described in detail in Ayurveda.  It is rich in omega-3 and 6 along with many other nutrients required by the body. It provides nutrition and greasing to the body. Ghee is the world’s most high-functioning fat. According to Ayurveda, our foods are also of a certain nature as warming, cool and neutral.  Ghee is called warming food.  Ghee is an effective remedy for constipation.

 However, there are currently many server shortcut methods for making ghee. But the traditional method is only one that provides the healthiest and power enhancing ghee without compromising with it’s real quality. In Ayurveda the most beneficial Ghee is the ghee extracted from cow’s milk.

First of all, boil the milk first and after boiling it, make it slightly cool so you can put a finger to check the temprature. The temprature should be that warm, the finger you are using to check the temprature do not feel burning inside the milk. If the temprature is like that warm the Milk is ready to set for curd.

Take one spoon perfectly set curd, put it in that perfectly tempratured milk. After that stir it for one minute and keep it in a warm and humid place for at least 8 to 9 hours so that the curd gets solidified.

Collect the raw Ghee in a bowel for then cook it till its foam is finished and turns into liquid. A hard substance will sit on the foothills in the boiling process and the color of ghee will become light yellow.  Now your clarified butter is ready. Now you can collect it in a clean and dry container after it cools down.  You will be surprised to know that there is no expiry date for this Ghee. Now you can use it as per your choice by putting it in any food or for firing food.
